Tiva 650 - 700Washer Disinfectors for Hospitals

The Tuttnauer Tiva 650 and Tuttnauer Tiva 700 mark the evolution of a flexible full system for the washing, disinfection, drying and validation of medical and laboratory items. All loading and unloading operations can be carried out by using manual trolleys, optionally connected to a conveyor system. The Tiva 700 model, in particular, is ideal for the decentralized treatment of Surgical, Anaesthetic and glassware items. Alternatively, connecting several Tiva 700 washer-disinfectors together is ideal for efficient treatment of large quantities of medical items in a Centralized Sterile Supply Department.

  • Manual double doors with vertical sliding and safety device (Tiva 700)
  • Door made of HST tempered glass

Tuttnauer Control System

The new Tuttnauer Control System allows the user to optimize the washing process and to personalize thermo disinfection programs to insure traceability and allow validation of the washing cycles according to the current European directives.

  • The Tuttnauer Control System is secured by a personal password
  • 20 prememorized washing cycles are stored in the control system along with space for an additional 20 washing cycles to be defined by the user
  • The LCD control screen displays in detail the washing cycle phases and parameters
Optional Features:

  • Steam condenser, with condensate draining directly into the chain
  • Steam, electrical or mixed feed
  • Printer for cycle documentation, monitoring and validation
  • Separate rinsing
  • Pure water connection (osmotic)
